We offer a set that connects the PWL8306 handrail with resistance rubbers and a weight belt. This combination offers many exercise options. The main purpose of the railing is to perform so-called dips. For beginners sportfor others, this exercise may be difficult or even impossible. The remaining elements of the set will allow you to enjoy this exercise at any level of progress. In situations where weight bearing training is still a challenge, resistance bands are used. Wrapped around the handrail, they will help straighten your arms. In this way we will develop the technique and, thanks to the different load range of the rubbers, we will build strength at our own pace. When we do it enough, it will be possible to do this exercise without assistance and our own body weight will not be a problem. However, it must be remembered that the forces will continue to grow and at some point the load on the body itself will be insufficient. Then the included weight belt will be irreplaceable.
